1 activity every 4 weeks. It can be a job application or another kind of activity.
For a 28 day period this is 1 in total.
For a last round shorter than 28 days, follow the center's guidance on the count.

Rules for every round
- Job applications are applying for a job, interviews, job fair participation and applying through an employment center referral.
- Other activities are job talks, group counseling, a career aptitude test, taking a certification exam and job training.
- Even if you do several things in one day, only 1 counts for that day.
- Only activities inside the round's period count for that round. Activities after your benefits end do not count.
- Job talks, including online ones, are limited to 2 for your whole benefit period.
- A career aptitude test or a psychological stability program is limited to 1 for your whole benefit period.
- Applying to the same company twice counts only the first time.
- Language classes do not count.
- Volunteer work counts only if you are 60 or older or disabled. 4 hours or more in a day counts as 1.
- Job training of 15 hours up to 30 hours counts as 1 job application. 30 hours or more meets the count for any round. Attendance records are needed.

What the law says
Enforcement Rule Article 87 treats visiting an employer, applying by mail or the internet, interviewing at a hiring event, job training and joining an employment center guidance program as active job search. The count per round is not in the law. It comes from the handbook.
